Job description

Position Purpose:

Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving inbound materials, performing equipment maintenance, loading and unloading vehicles, maintaining general housekeeping, and processing materials for treatment. The role also involves assembling mail-back and other product kits.

Schedule: 5x8 work schedule, typically from 10am to 6:30pm.

Key Job Activities:
  1. Assemble mailback and other product kits according to established procedures. Pick kits and stock items from printed pick lists to fulfill customer orders.
  2. Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring efficient use of materials and safety in transit.
  3. Unload, inspect, and report the status of inbound materials.
  4. Use handheld devices to execute outbound order shipments.
  5. Stock pick and rack locations to meet demand requirements.
  6. Work toward maximum efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
  7. Perform physical inventory counts.
  8. Provide feedback to management for process improvements (LEAN) and participate in related activities.
  9. Maintain necessary records and documentation.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
  11. Observe safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and operate equipment properly.
  12. Operate forklift, pallet jack, and dolly, and drive equipment in close quarters.
Education:

Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience (North America & LATAM):
  • 0-1 years of experience, preferably in a plant environment.
  • Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and dolly.
  • Effective communication skills and understanding of health and safety directives.
  • Ability to interpret reports and describe characteristics of a well-run processing plant.
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
