Job description

Warehouse Associate/ Janitor

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate/Janitor to help keep our warehouse and office areas clean, safe, and organized.

Job Duties:

• Clean pallets and dump trashcans with forklift
• Clean up trash throughout the warehouse
• Sweep floors and keep walkways clear
• Operate a ride-on floor cleaning machine
• Break down wooden pallets for disposal
• Clean bathrooms, breakrooms, and office areas
• Dispose of damaged returns and trash
• Assist the warehouse crew when needed with freight orders, loading carriers, and other warehouse tasks
• Help maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Assist with other cleaning and warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or janitorial experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment, including a ride-on floor machine
• Able to break down pallets and lift/move items as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must follow safety rules and company procedures

Pay:

$17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience

Forklift experience is a plus and may qualify for higher starting pay.
