Job summary

Controls Center Inc. in Indianapolis East, IN is hiring a Warehouse Rep I to support order fulfillment, receive and process stock, pick and pack, and prepare shipments.

The role requires the ability to operate warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy in our system, and perform duties in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license for PA/IN/OH/KY/WV are required; forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for PA/IN/OH/KY/WV with clean record.
• Forklift certification required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain database.
• Receive shipments and help unload trucks.
• Inspect shipments for damage and document it.
• Prepare products for storage and orders.
• Use forklift and pallet jacks to move stock safely.
• Ensure warehouse safety and assist training new employees.
