Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Massachusetts to support finishing center operations, including local deliveries and inventory control. The role involves aiding with plant maintenance, loading/unloading foliage trucks, and preparing branch deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and readiness for a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Entry-level position; 2+ years in warehouse or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and Saturdays when needed.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations including local deliveries, inventory management, order entry, and vendor shipping/receiving.
• Count, compare, check and inspect quantities of materials and products for distribution to customers.
• Complete one or more warehouse functions within the facility (pick, pack, wrap, load, and possibly deliver orders).
• Take inventory; document and invoice orders and product movement.
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports as required.
• Provide maintenance to foliage as directed by Warehouse Manager.
