Job summary

Amperesand is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV to support receiving, inventory, and shipping for solid-state transformer manufacturing. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and hands-on material handling in a fast-paced startup environment.

The position is on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no hybrid option. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with experience in ERP/WMS, barcode scanning, and LOTO safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, inspecting, and stocking inventory.
• Ability to read and follow shipping documents and safety procedures in English.
• Comfort operating powered industrial equipment and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unpack, and store incoming materials.
• Support inventory control through receiving, cycle counting, and movements.
• Kit and stage materials to support production and engineering requests.
• Operate powered equipment to move materials safely.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and logs in ERP/WMS.
