Job summary

Idi Insulation is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Norton, MA to perform receiving, put-away, order picking, inventory counts, and customer assistance with order fulfillment. Responsibilities include loading shipments, inventory control, and maintaining warehouse safety per company policies.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and the ability to follow procedures while supporting DC management and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, order picking, and inventory counts.
• Forklift operation preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials to fill orders via a pick ticket in an organized fashion.
• Check pulled goods quantity and type against sales orders to confirm accuracy.
• Load customer or company vehicles with ordered goods securely.
• Place orders via computer sales order process as instructed by the DC Manager.
• Receive stock replenishment materials and perform inventory counts (cycle counts).
• Put away goods received and notify DC Manager of damages.
