DMF Lighting is a fast-growing leader in the lighting industry, constantly innovating and engineering the future of lighting solutions. We have an exciting opportunity in our inventory department for a Warehouse Associate.

• Pay rate: $18/hr
• Location: onsite in Carson, CA

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Inventory Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product availability, and optimizing inventory levels. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
2. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for incoming shipments and deliveries
4. Implement and improve inventory management systems and processes
5. Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
6. Assist in developing and implementing inventory control strategies
7. Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred but not required
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Excel, inventory software, or WMS, are a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
