Job summary

Summers Rubber, a division of Singer Industrial, is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Cleveland, Ohio location to support the handling, organization, and movement of industrial hose and related products. This role involves physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, picking/packing orders, organizing inventory, performing cycle counts, and operating forklifts (training provided).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with industrial hose, fittings, and materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Organize and stock inventory using proper material handling techniques.
• Maintain labeling, tagging, and warehouse organization standards.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training available).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Support team members and assist across departments as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
