Five StarBreaktime Solutions in Columbus, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. This role picks, packs, and prepares customer orders for delivery, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or warehouse experience.
• Must consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
