We are seeking a Warehouse Associate III to join our team in Garner, NC. This role involves leading key operational tasks within shipping and receiving, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The Warehouse Associate III is a resource for troubleshooting warehouse operations and reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee shipping and receiving operations, including verifying contents of shipments.
2. Update inventory records accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking or order adjustments.
4. Collaborate with departments such as customer service, procurement, and transportation to resolve issues.
5. Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and shipped according to company and regulatory standards.
6. Provide guidance or informal training to junior associates as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
3. Experience in printing or packaging industry strongly preferred.
4. Knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory tracking tools.
5. Ability to read and interpret documents, measurements, and scales.
6. Proficiency in basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).

Physical Requirements
