Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team as General Warehouse Associate IIs. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise in support of the business.

The role features a day shift schedule (Mon-Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm) and involves pulling, loading, receiving, and packing goods. Candidates should be comfortable lifting 150 lbs and have basic computer skills. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Standing for extended periods and repetitive movements.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and basic distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Pull and Pick – operate power equipment to retrieve items and stage inventory.
• Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores and homes.
• Receive shipments from across the globe, unload, and rack in the distribution center.
• Package – handle returns and rack within distribution center.
