Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team in Ohio as General Warehouse Associate II. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to support the business. Day shift 6:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities include pulling/picking with power equipment, loading furniture, receiving shipments, and handling returns. Requirements include 150 lb lift, HS diploma, 1–2 years warehouse experience, standing, teamwork, and a valid

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Teamwork and communication skills for safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Pull and Pick – operate power equipment and stage inventory accurately.
• Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores, and homes.
• Receive shipments, unload, and rack in the distribution center.
• Package and rack returns from stores and customers.
