Job summary

Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR seeks a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound, internal processing and outbound operations. The role focuses on operating PIT equipment and stocking, staging, and replenishing items in the AutoStore system using handheld RF scanners.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, follow safety SOPs, work across multiple zones, and adapt to flexible shifts, including weekends, with a 6S discipline and strong attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Technical or vocational training is preferred.
• PIT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate handheld RF scanners to stock and put away items.
• Receive product from dock and place into AutoStore locations.
• Support other zones (split case, blue bin staging, RF put-back).
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Operate PIT equipment (walkie rider, etc.) after training.
• Follow safety SOPs and 6S principles.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; work overtime as needed.
• Be flexible to work in multiple areas and shifts.
