Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a warehouse associate for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7 am - 3 pm) in Oklahoma City. You will support warehouse operations including shipping, loading, and tracking of flooring products, with training provided for the WMS and lift equipment.

The role requires forklift operation experience, reliability, and a willingness to learn. You will work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Forklift-certified or able to obtain certification.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Reliable, dependable with good attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment and use various lift trucks to move inventory.
• Utilize the warehouse management system to receive, load, and store inventory (training provided).
• Communicate effectively with the team to meet facility expectations.

Perform various functions in support of warehouse operation, including shipping, loading, and tracking of flooring products.

Responsibilities

• Forklift certified and able to operate all types of lift truck equipment in assigned facility
• Utilize warehouse management system to receive, load, and store inventory. (Training provided)
• Effectively communicate with the team as to needs and facility expectations

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a warehouse facility
• Operate forklift equipment and pass the Mohawk lift truck certification test.
• Willingness to learn systems & processes
• Dependable, with a good attendance record.
• Work within a team environment
