Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in California. You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting loading, packing, and shipping to customers.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, receiving and recording shipments, and working indoors or in the yard. The role typically requires 2–5 years of experience; pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and full-time on-site employment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
