This position is for the 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 1 am - 9 am.

What We Need

Mohawk is looking for a Warehouse Associate II to perform various functions in support of warehouse operations, including shipping, loading, and delivery of flooring products at our Garner, NC facility. This role requires a high level of skill and knowledge of multiple aspects of warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate all types of forklift equipment and be forklift certified.
• Operate banding and wrapping machines.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory control functions.
• Use AS400 Plan Loader for receiving trucks and managing truck doors.
• Operate vinyl and carpet cut tables.
• Process bills of lading and PODs.
• Lock trailers with Glad Hand Locks.

Plus, At Least 1 Of The Following Functions

• Possess CDL Class A license and back up truck drivers.
• Develop routes for local deliveries.
• Handle and coordinate floor sample materials.
• Receive shipping orders.
• Follow all safety rules and immediately report hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Attend necessary job-related training.
• Follow standard operating procedures and perform housekeeping duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

What You Have

• High school Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Associate I
• Operate forklift and pass certification
• Operate banding and wrapping machines
• Operate vinyl and carpet cut tables (if available)
• Knowledge of AS400 system
• Knowledge of inventory and cycle count procedures
