Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center environment.
• Experience with pick/pack/ship or stow roles.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for full shift duration.
• Lift up to 49 lbs unassisted; team lift for heavier items.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Proficient with handheld scanners or terminal devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Stow products in designated locations per SOPs.
• Scan/inventory using WMS or handheld devices.
• Prepare items for outbound shipment and label accordingly.
• Verify orders for accuracy before dispatch.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and safety compliance.
