Job summary

American Tire Distributors is seeking a Warehouse I to support day-to-day operations in our distribution center. You will prioritize, pick, and stage products, operate forklifts and other equipment, and ensure accurate inventory and reports.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional heavy items, with data entry and order fulfillment tasks. Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and ability to follow procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED degree is required or preferred.
• 0–1 year of related warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist in loading/unloading and record product data using handheld devices.
• Assist with paperwork and warehouse closing procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports on damaged or outdated stock and returns to vendors.
• Load/unload trucks and manage tires/heavier items with team lifting when needed.
• Ensure accurate inventory movements and assist with periodic counts.
