Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflows and meet goals.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and adapt to priorities.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Support loading/unloading trucks.
