Job summary

Picks and delivers outbound customer orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. Materials are moved and handled with Powered Industrial Trucks maintaining a safe work environment. Attention to detail is required to identify initial quality occurrences.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES*** Receiving inbound material* Put away process* Replenishment process* Picking customer orders. This can involve high picking up to 30 ft.* Deliver customer orders to the stage lanes* Utilize various types of equipment to handle products, i.e. pallet jacks, order pickers, walkie riders, tip carts, pacer, reach truck, sit down forklift, dunnage, a-frames* Ability to read and comprehend warehouse documents such as work instructions, and identify continuous improvement suggestions* Follows established safety and ergonomic procedures.* Opens bales, crates, and other containers.* Use of power tools* Work in an efficient and productive manner* Participate in 5S housekeeping and restock of supplies* Other duties as assigned by supervisor**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS*** Must pass drug test and background check.* 18 years or older* Ability to physically push/pull a force of 198 lbs and occasionally greater* Ability to lift/carry 60 lbs. occasionally.* PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks* Must be able to operate multiple types of PIT (forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and walkie rider)**PAY RANGE:****CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
