Andersen Corporation in Wisconsin is hiring a Warehouse Associate responsible for inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, and accurate order fulfillment. You will operate various PIT equipment to move materials safely and efficiently, ensuring inventory accuracy and quality control in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to physically push/pull a force of 204 lbs and occasionally greater.
• Ability to lift/carry 80 lbs. occasionally.
• PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks.
• Must be able to operate multiple types of PIT (forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and walkie rider).

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound material.
• Put away process to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Replenishment process to support stocking.
• Picking customer orders (up to 30 ft).
• Deliver customer orders to stage lanes.
• Operate equipment to move products (pallet jacks, order pickers, walkie riders, etc.).
• Follow safety and ergonomic procedures.
• Open containers as needed.
• Assist with restock of supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

POSITION PURPOSE

Receives inbound material and performs put away functions to maintain the product flow and inventory accuracy. Picks and delivers outbound customer orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. Materials are moved and handled with Powered Industrial Trucks maintaining a safe work environment. Attention to detail is required to identify initial quality occurrences.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving inbound material

• Picking customer orders. This can involve high picking up to 30 ft.
• Deliver customer orders to the stage lanes
• Utilize various types of equipment to handle products, i.e. pallet jacks, order pickers, walkie riders, tip carts, pacer, reach truck, sit down forklift, dunnage, a-frames
• Ability to read and comprehend warehouse documents such as work instructions, and identify continuous improvement suggestions
• Follows established safety and ergonomic procedures.
• Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
• Use of power tools
• Work in an efficient and productivemanner
• Participate in 5S housekeeping and restock of supplies
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

PROFIT SHARING:

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
