Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for 1st shift at the NY-Montgomery Northeast Replenishment Center. The role supports inbound and outbound activities, handling pallets, scanning items, and operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Offered shift is Monday–Friday, 4:00am–12:30pm with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more. Training begins on day one with orientation and hands-on ramp-up.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience, preferred
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) preferred
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and stand for entire shift (8+ hours)
• Willingness to work overtime with little to no notice

Responsibilities

• Receive large boxes on warehouse dock and scan product with RF scanner
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse
• Palletize large items and wrap for shipment
• Pack small items in boxes

After training is complete, employees will transition to their assigned shift. ***What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health*** Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers. ***Job Summary*** The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists on Inbound or Outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. This job receives products in the Inbound section.
