Job summary

Joseph's Gourmet Pasta, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for 1st shift at our Haverhill facility. The role focuses on safe warehousing and distribution operations, including shipping/receiving, order selection, and equipment operation.

Qualifying candidates will have at least 6 months of warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime, weekend work, and exposure to varying conditions are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Conduct order selection activities.
• Operate Crown forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods.
• Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts and regular checks.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Conduct daily quality checks on equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $18.50 To $21.50 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintains a safe working environment while supporting the operation through effective warehousing and distribution activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safety: Understands and complies with safe work practices and procedures so as to create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Quality: Understands and complies with all Joseph's and USDA quality procedures and regulations to ensure we provide safe and top-quality product to consumers.
• Performs shipping and receiving duties
• Performs order selection activities.
• Operates Crown forklifts and pallet jacks in order to transport goods.
• Performs inventory control activities including cycle counts and consistent inventory checks.
• Maintains high housekeeping standards.
• Performs daily quality checks on equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of Lockout/Tag out preferred
• Able to operate Crown forklift preferred
• Able to operate Crown pallet jack preferred
• Basic warehouse management system experience
• Experience working with an AS400 based RF inventory system or other WMS systems
