Job summary

Joseph s Gourmet Pasta Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for the 2nd shift from 1pm to 9:30pm, to support shipping, receiving, and distribution in a fast-paced facility.

You will operate Crown forklifts and pallet jacks, perform cycle counts, maintain safety and housekeeping, and conduct daily equipment checks.

The role requires at least 6 months warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in extreme hot, cold, and wet environments

Responsibilities

• Performs shipping and receiving duties.
• Performs order selection activities.
• Operates Crown forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods.
• Performs inventory control including cycle counts.
• Maintains high housekeeping standards.
• Performs daily equipment quality checks.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE II 2nd shift 1pm to 9:30pm

Salary Range: $18.50 To $21.50 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY

Maintains a safe working environment while supporting the operation through effective warehousing and distribution activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safety: Understands and complies with safe work practices and procedures so as to create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Quality: Understands and complies with all Joseph’s and USDA quality procedures and regulations to ensure we provide safe and top-quality product to consumers.
• Performs shipping and receiving duties
• Performs order selection activities.
• Operates Crown forklifts and pallet jacks in order to transport goods.
• Performs inventory control activities including cycle counts and consistent inventory checks.
• Maintains high housekeeping standards.
• Performs daily quality checks on equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Able to operate Crown forklift preferred
• Able to operate Crown pallet jack preferred
• Basic warehouse management system experience
• Experience working with an AS400 based RF inventory system or other WMS systems
