Job summary

White Cap seeks a Warehouse Associate II to support on-site warehouse operations in California. You will operate a forklift, pick, pack and ship goods, and record shipment data while working in varied environments both inside the warehouse and in the yard.

The role involves handling items up to 50 pounds, with opportunities for growth as the company expands. A readiness to participate in a comprehensive benefits program and time-off packages is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
