Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Associate II in Springdale, AR. This on-site role supports loading, unloading, stocking, and shipping merchandise to customers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate a forklift, pick/pack/ship items, and record shipment data while handling materials up to 50 pounds. The job may involve yard work and inside duties, with opportunity for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
