White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Associate II in Rancho Cordova, CA to support our role as a leading distributor for professional contractors. You will operate a forklift safely, pick, pack and ship products, and record shipment information in the system while adhering to quality and safety standards.

The job may involve warehouse or yard work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Associate II at White Cap…

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus
