White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Richmond, VA to support material handling, shipping, and receiving operations on-site. The role emphasizes safe forklift use, accuracy in counting and recording shipments, and flexibility to work both inside the warehouse and in the yard.

• Forklift experience preferred for material handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
