Job summary

Compana Pet Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Omaha, NE. This role supports warehouse operations, inventory control, and production coordination to nurture pet products and families.

You will conduct cycle counts, load/unload trailers, and ensure accurate shipments while following safety and QA procedures. The position offers a second-shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of warehouse/manufacturing experience with inventory movement.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and maintain reconciliations/adjustments.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers and manage documentation; verify transfers daily.
• Ensure accurate shipments via counts, damage assessments, QA inspections and discrepancy reporting.
• Perform QA inspections on 3rd party product at 3PL.
• Coordinate and track product on hold through the NCP process and QA releases.
• Support production by staging materials and reconciling product pull sheets.

As a Warehouse Associate II, you'll make an impact by:

• Conducting weekly inventory cycle counts and preparing and maintaining reconciliations and adjustments.
• Loading and unloading outbound and inbound trailers, preparing proper documentation; verifying and posting inbound/outbound transfers daily.
• Ensuring accurate inbound and outbound shipments by performing accurate product counts, freight damage assessments, QA inspections, and discrepancy reporting.
• Performing quality inspections on 3rd party product received at 3PL.
• Coordinating and tracking product left on hold during receiving process, through the NCP process, Quality Assurance team release or disposing of product.
• Supporting production activities by staging production materials, removing finished products from the production floor, and reconciling product pull sheets with production.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Five years of warehouse/manufacturing experience with inventory movement.
• To better ensure for the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
