Job summary

Hygiena is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in New Castle, DE to manage inventory data in Navision and support shipping/receiving operations. You will operate forklifts as trained and help load/unload trucks while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. Prior shipping experience and MS Office proficiency are important; a forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of shipping experience.
• Certified forklift operator preferred (Class I, II, III, IV sit down/standup).
• Proficient knowledge in item verification and cycle count.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Update product received/shipped information in Microsoft Navision/BC app for accurate inventory transactions.
• Safely move items using forklift/pallet jacks as trained; load/unload trucks as needed.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Inform management of any issues impacting on-time, in-full shipments.

With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate II/III to join our team in Camarillo.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all information pertaining to products received and products shipped is updated accurately in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app for accurate inventory transactions and cycle count control.
• Occasionally operates forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment (as properly trained) to safely move items/parts to appropriate locations, and to load/unload trucks as necessary.
• Performs cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, sweeping, taking out trash, removing cardboard boxes, and clearing the parking lot at the end of each day to ensure the Warehouse is a clean and safe work environment.
• Keeps management informed of any situations that could impact the delivery of on time and/or in full shipments of product .

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of shipping experience

• Proficient knowledge in item verification and cycle count.
