Dal-Tile is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading materials, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks. The position requires daily use of forklift equipment.

Expected base pay rates are between $15.92/hr and $19.99/hr at the start of employment. The actual pay will be determined on an individual basis and may include additional compensation such as commissions, bonuses, incentives, and benefits.

Primary Objectives
  • Perform various material handling duties in the warehouse.
Primary Functions and Scope
  • Pulling/assembling customer orders, checking order accuracy, inventory checks, restocking, labeling, maintaining displays, moving and replenishing materials, conducting cycle counts.
  • Receiving inbound shipments, processing returns, notifying management of damaged shipments.
  • Operate forklift equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Forklift Operator.
  • Preferred 3+ years of warehouse experience.
Competencies
  • Basic math, organization, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, safety-conscious.
