Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Conway, AR is seeking a Warehouse -- Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, and inventory movement. You will operate forklifts, load and unload trailers, and stock warehouse inventory to meet production needs.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure accurate transfer orders and timely processing. The role requires basic math skills and teamwork in a GMP-compliant facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operator experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• Ability to read and follow a schedule and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to determine required production materials.
• Complete RF Transactions to ensure tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner
• Assist with loading and unloading of trailers
• Pick, stage and stock inventory using a powered lift truck with barcode scanning
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
• Perform duties safely and monitor areas to ensure safety procedures are followed
• Comply with company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
