Summary/Objective

The Warehouse Associate will be involved in the daily operation of the warehouse, including order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and operation of warehouse equipment and computer systems. The associate must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis, have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to follow written and verbal directions. Schedule: M-F 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM with occasional OT during peak season.

Essential Functions

1. Adhere to Fanatics Brands Code of Conduct and Core Values.
2. Manually unload stock from sea containers and trucks.
3. Stock location / Stock put away.
4. Use computer to access the Warehouse Management System.
5. Operate warehouse equipment including push cart, hand truck, manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, order picker, and forklift.
6. Operate RF scan gun.
7. Pick customer orders.
8. Verify and pack customer orders.
9. Participate in inventory control processes.
10. Generate shipping labels from warehouse systems or carrier database.
11. Prepare palletized stock for outbound shipping (e.g., stacking boxes on pallets, shrink-wrapping, labeling pallets and boxes).
12. Involved in general health and safety practices and training.
13. General housekeeping.
14. Any other tasks deemed necessary by management.
15. Assist warehouse manager in daily warehouse operations in line with company policy and vision.
16. Train, mentor, and coach new warehouse personnel in warehouse procedures and company vision.
17. Assist in planning future capacity requirements.
18. Ensure inventories are accurate.
19. Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
20. Promote company health and safety policies.
