Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations in Carrollton, TX. You will load and unload materials, pick orders, prepare items for shipment, and help ensure on-time delivery with safe handling and packaging.

Team members are expected to maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist customers as needed. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock, pick, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Prepare items for shipment or pickup with protective packaging.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before shipping or staging.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors with orders.
• May drive company vehicles for pickups or deliveries.
