Wilbur-Ellis, a 100-year-old, family-owned leader in agriculture, is hiring a Warehouse Representative I. You will assist with receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory records, adherence to safety, and ability to operate equipment such as forklift and pallet jack. You should be ready for overtime during busy seasons and excel at teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
• Professional appearance while interacting with customers
• Maintain overall facility cleanliness
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.
• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Utilize scales and measures to accurately fill containers.
• Pull customer orders correctly for on time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
