Job summary

SATO America, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to manage inbound and outbound materials and oversee dock operations. You will track product movement, maintain documentation, and support shipping activities.

Responsibilities include using a forklift, entering inventory transactions, and selecting appropriate crates and carriers. A high school diploma or GED plus 1–2 years of related experience are preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 or other ERP software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound and outbound material and keep dock records.
• Update and track product movement and documentation.
• Operate forklift to transport material as needed.
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange carrier pickup.
• Enter inventory transactions into the computer system.
