Job summary

White Cap is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate I to join our on-site team in Greer, SC. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack, and ship products, and record shipment data while adapting to indoor or outdoor work environments.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and performing related duties as needed. With 0–2 years of warehousing experience, you’ll join a team that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse setting (0–2 years) is common.
• Willingness to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Understanding of shipping, receiving and material handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
