Job summary

White Cap is hiring for a warehouse associate to support operations at our North Charleston facility. You will load and unload goods, pick orders, stage shipments, and move materials to support timely customer pickup or delivery.

Responsibilities include using forklifts safely, inspecting products, and assisting customers or installers with locating materials in a fast-paced, on-site environment. HS diploma or GED and 0–2 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products helpful.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage and transport materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Prepare items for shipment or pickup using shrink wrap, strapping and protective methods.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before shipping or staging.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely.
• Assist customers, installers or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
