Job summary

Impact Property Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support daily loadout for contract installers and manage shipping/receiving workflows. You will maintain warehouse organization, assist with inventory, and ensure timely, accurate handling of materials.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, a year of warehouse experience, and basic computer literacy. Forklift certification and RFMS knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• RFMS experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of flooring industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks.
• Schedule freight carriers for pickup and delivery.
• Read orders and determine items to move or ship.
• Sort and store items by size, type, color, or code.
• Record materials received or distributed in the system.
• Weigh and count items to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Glean parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
