Job summary

Impact Property Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support daily loadout for installers and manage shipping/receiving tasks. The role requires attention to inventory, accurate order fulfillment, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, precise record-keeping, and reliable handling of materials to ensure timely project readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• 1-year experience in warehouse work environment preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• RFMS experience a plus.
• Flooring industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers.
• Read customer orders and work orders to determine items to be moved or shipped.
• Sort and place materials on racks or shelves by size, type, or code.
• Fill sales orders and distribute items to shipping or designated areas.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed in the computer system.
• Weigh and count items to ensure conformance to standards.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Gather and position parts using templates or measurements.
