Responsibilities

Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials within the warehouse and yard.
Prepare items for shipment or pickup, securing materials with shrink wrap, straps, or protective methods.
Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
Install protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety policies.
Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
Occasionally drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
