Job summary

Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, stock, and issue materials for plant construction and maintenance. You will perform cycle counts, prepare component kits, and assist with packing, shipping, and receiving in a fast-paced environment.

The role may require operating a forklift and lifting up to 50 lbs. This safety-sensitive position reports to the department supervisor and requires adherence to all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Possess basic written communication skills.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
• Basic PC skills.
• The work environment is fast paced and noisy; constant movement.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift operation may be required during loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in a professional and safe manner, report unsafe work practices.
• Reports to and receives assignments from the department supervisor/manager.
• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of plant construction and maintenance activities.
• Maintains inventories, completes records, and performs cleanup and housekeeping tasks.
• Observes and follows safety rules and procedures, including PPE.
• Performs other duties and activities as directed.
