Job summary

Blanchard Machinery seeks a Warehouse Associate I to replenish, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precise verification and paperwork completion.

Responsibilities include inventory maintenance, using scanning tools, and following warehouse procedures. A high school diploma is required, with 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience preferred; proficiency in Word/Excel is expected, along with strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient use of computer software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Replenish, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accurate verification.
• Perform inventory maintenance using quality control steps and warehouse procedures.
• Read and execute parts tickets and packaging instructions; scan items into inventory and shipments.
• Operate forklifts to move finished products and secure for shipment when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety policies.
