White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations at our Birmingham location. You will help load, unload, pick, pack, and move materials, ensuring accuracy and safe handling for pickup or delivery.

Responsibilities include using forklifts, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting customers or installers with orders as needed. Occasional driving of company vehicles may be required.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in the area.

Responsabilidades

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment with secure packaging (shrink wrap, strapping).
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or similar material handling equipment safely.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Assists customers or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
