Packer Fastener and Supply Inc in Green Bay, WI is hiring a 1st shift Warehouse Associate I to join our Operations team at our Green Bay headquarters. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and the chance to learn and grow within a company that promotes from within.

You will be on your feet, perform order fulfillment with accuracy, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing/able to obtain forklift certification issued by Packer Fastener.
• Must be able to quickly learn NetSuite hardware/software for order fulfillment.
• Must make safety a priority and be detail-oriented.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
