Packer Fastener And Supply is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for the 1st shift at our Green Bay, WI headquarters. This entry-level role includes hands-on training and day-one support to help you succeed. You will be on your feet, lifting up to 50 pounds, and contribute to accurate order fulfillment in a busy warehouse.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with no weekend or holiday work. We offer benefits, tuition assistance, and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be willing/able to obtain forklift certification.
• Must learn/order fulfilment software (NetSuite) quickly.
• Must prioritize safety, accuracy and productivity.
• Must be highly organized with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order fulfillment and packing.
• Operate forklift after certification.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory and processes.
• Support a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
