Warehouse Associate I

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling systems. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs for inventory accuracy, prepping loads for shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Essential Functions
  • Receive inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.
  • Rebuild damaged pallets, process RMAs, consolidate storage, identify and report quality issues, validate SKUs, correct LGV alarms, monitor loads, unload deliveries, maintain storage areas, handle product spills, manually pull pallets, supply production items, clear blocked locations, operate forklift when needed, facilitate flow of information, test resin and water, coordinate preload activities, check in trucks, provide loading documents, maintain records, participate in process improvements, ensure warehouse safety, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma, no experience required.

Preferred: 2 years in manufacturing, experience managing people/projects.
