We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Warehouse Associate

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible, under direct supervision, for fulfilling customer orders with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities. This includes the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders accurately and efficiently. This fast-paced role requires high productivity, keen attention to detail for product variances, the ability to understand and follow written specifications, perform data entry, and adhere to customized requirements with trained knowledge of quality standards and customer specifications.

About you
  • Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics is preferred, or equivalent business or Information Technology experience
  • Minor studies in Information Technology is a plus
  • Must have 2-4 years of business or I.T. experience
  • Demonstrated experience working as a collaborative team member within a multi-discipline environment
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to discover the real causes of reported problems, enabling stakeholder awareness and understanding to drive successful outcomes
