Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a warehouse associate to follow established procedures in Sacramento, performing order picking, packing, put away, replenishment, RF scanning, and cycle counts. You will load/unload freight and operate licensed equipment, while maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success. We value reliable, safety-conscious individuals who can stand for long periods and support a busy distribution center with precision

• Accuracy in performing warehouse functions and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Warehousing activities: order picking, packing, put away, replenishment, RF scanning, use of warehousing equipment, cycle counts.
• Load/unload freight and operate licensed powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain site housekeeping and safety policies, and perform duties as directed.
• Accurately and efficiently perform job functions in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Purpose of Position

To follow the established warehouse procedures and instructions in a variety of warehouse duties in storing and preparing special product or stock for shipment.

Position Description

• Responsible for warehousing activities (i.e., order picking, packing, put away, replenishment, RF scanning, use of warehousing equipment, cycle counts)
• Operate licensed powered industrial equipment
• Observe housekeeping and safety policies
• Accurately and efficiently perform job functions
• Perform any other related duties as directed
• Load/unload freight

• Ability to work well with others

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, move, and manipulate up to 35 lbs.
• Must be comfortable with heights
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
• Must pass PIE requirements to operate equipment
