Job summary

Lantronix is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to handle picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred warehouse experience. Forklift certification is a plus. Pay starts at $20/hr and increases with experience and certifications.

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
  • Forklift certification is a plus (optional).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
